Agreement
By placing an order on GamlaGhar you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Products are intended for consumer gardening use unless a separate wholesale agreement exists.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are listed in INR inclusive of applicable GST unless noted otherwise. Shipping fees appear before checkout. Razorpay processing follows NPCI/card network rules; COD orders must pay the courier-collected total printed on the invoice.
Limitation of liability
GamlaGhar is not liable for indirect losses from courier delays or force majeure events. Liability for defective goods is limited to replacement or refund of the invoiced item once verified by support.
Governing law
Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction under Indian law. Please attempt resolution via chainlinks.in@gmail.com before escalating formally.
